first start up
Yes I changed the oil fresh 30wt. Has only been sitting since December was working fine then. Is the click I hear while turning pump actually firing the injector or setting up to fire. Going to set timing at 21 degree tonight and see what happens. -

Wow, you think it's really supposed to be 21 degree. The reason I ask is because I'm having issue with injector pump I think. Crazy, thing will start up immediately sometimes and run perfect no smoke and lots of power, other times she is hard to start runs like crap and smoky. when it is running... -

Looks pretty straight forward, any thing I need to be cautious of. I did notice #4 rod bolt will make contact with fuel pump boss when cam and crank are out of order. -

OK Guys need some help. I installed all new sleeves and orings , sleeve protrusion at 0.003. Installed head with new coolant rubber gromett and new composite type head gasket plugged off all coolant orifices. I installed pressure gauge and screw in tire valve.
