    53 NAA - battery hooked up wrong

    I'm sorry to say that I made the same mistake after putting the battery back in my 45B JD when it warmed up.Mine did not discharge,but amp meter just laid dead on zero.I polarized the generator and everything was back to normal again.Fairly sure that will work for you too!

    Farmall 706 263 gas what plow?

    I have an early 706,263 gas.When I went hunting for a plow I was thinking 4 14s or 4 16s,but to much money as everybody want them for small farms or were collecting them,so I found a 710 4 18s nice shape and took the back bottom off and moved tail wheel ahead(oh ya it is semi mount)to make 3 18s...

    John Deere B Top Speed

    My 45 B will do about 16mph, my dads newer 49 B does about 12 mph.... but our 54 naa ford with 4 speed trans and under drive & over drive would do about 7 mph in 4th under,15 in 4th standard and 28 in 4th overdrive.. be carfull with that bet!

    Thanks SD.Pete for your reply... Guess I agree that it may have never had one... wondered why there is a hole in the hood for the ta lever..maybe there was some kind of plug to cover the hole up...guess I just don't know... thanks again.

    this may be not smartest question ever asked ,but i"m not that good with the red ones ..so my question is..how can I tell if my 706 ever had ta or had a ta delete..I have a hole in the hood where there could have been the ta lever,but no sign of where there may have been a lever mounted to...

    60 Fuel or Ignition Issues?

    You should check all the issues that were mentioned above for sure and also since you mentioned that it was running fine at 50 degrees but not at 20 take a look in the air cleaner for ice as ,like you said...it wont get out of its own way when that situation ocoures.

    Cigaret lighter on a 46 B

    If you are looking at the hole in the dash above the gages.It is where a metal canopy with a bulb goes,dash light for temp,oil,and amp gages. Shines downward.
