Thank you sir! They look like they go under the bar, seems like a bad engineering, unnecessary tension on belts when tailgate is raised.- Mosquito

Question about my 5420 bailer I just bought. The bar on the tailgate hinges( that goes from side to side)do the belts go under that bar or on top of that bar because the belts rub on it when you raise the tailgate to unload bail, something doesn’t seem right.
