    About right with the haz-mat. Another money grab is the TWIC card that is required in a lot of places that have a port or channel or set on the water especially if you have already had the background check for the haz-mat you get to have another background check for the twic card plus fork...

    Water Well System Question

    I'm hoping you mean it is 80' and 8' deep. I can't imagine any health department giving an OK for a well that shallow and if it is that shallow I hope they are not drinking the water. Adding another tank shouldn't hurt anything but as soon as the supply is exhausted you will be right back...

    to start or not to start

    Let em set, unless you have some hard work to do just running them won't get them hot enough to eliminate any condensation if anything you will make it worse.

    Kerosene or diesel

    If you are talking about a wick type like a kero-sun you need to stay with kerosene. If you have a torpedo type heater I have found the last couple years as they have taken the sulfur from diesel and made it cleaner that once your heater is up to temperature the fumes aren't that noticeable.
