    Electric fuel pumps are made to push fuel not pull it. In order to work properly they need to be as close to the fuel tank as possible.

    Why in the world do you drop on the ground? They put a hitch on the back of small square balers for a reason, hook a wagon to it and bale onto the wagon and save yourself a bunch of extra work.

    If it has a wet clutch (running in motor oil) you do not want any oil that is energy conserving or has friction modifiers like most automotive oils have nowadays.

    You are way off the oil they use to chip and seal is an emulsion which means it is run through a mill and has water and chemicals emulsified into asphalt and runs around 180 degrees on average, that is what is normally run through a distributor (sprayer) truck and the steam you see is the water...

    Mason sand is run through a wash plant just like 23 sand it is just a lot finer. Sounds like the sand your Dad got a hold of was D-sand it is dry screened no water is used.
