1948 Avery Model A
Thanks for the input. I ended up pulling the engine, bell housing, drive shaft (separated at the transmission splined shaft), and the entire clutch rod and pedal (pin was rusted in place at the pedal) as one unit. Was a bit more of a pain than expected, but easier in the long run than trying...- mravengr

Hey y'all! I've got a 1948 Avery Model A tractor that I'm about to pull the engine on due to it being locked up. My question is do I separate the engine at the bell housing and just pull the engine, or pull the engine and bell housing as one unit? And how far forward do I need to move the...- mravengr
