    Guys nobody I have called has these in stock and no one call even give a replenishment date. I checked with Kevin Stober, Sharps, Ytmag Parts, Triple G & Stieners wants $1195 if they can get them from their supplier (which they probably can't)

    Guys I'm looking for your recommendations on where to get oversize pistons for my 1935 John Deere D. I checked a few places and haven't had good luck. I actually had a set shipped to me and the one piston had a defective compression ring groove. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks NCWayne for your input. I was worried about the engine smoking if I just honed the cylinders and just installed new rings. At this point I'm leaning towards new oversize pistons.

    Guys my machinist called today and said there is 20 thousandths between the cylinder and piston skirts and it should be 7 thousandths. He did say for what I'm doing with the tractor it should be fine to just hone the cylinders and install new rings. Just wanted to see what the masses think...

    Transportation damage :(

    Yes, I took pictures as the tractor sat in the trailer and they are clear the transportation caused the damage. I also noted on the bill of laden the tractor was damaged. The trucking company and the broker were both noticed the day after the delivery.

    Hey guys! So I just had a 1935 D delivered from Canada and the trucking company didn't secure the tractor properly. While in transit it rolled backwards into a large load of wire spools. The left rear fender is totaled along with the operators platform. I'm in process of figuring out how...
