    I was just looking at my ford and it appears to be a 1958 but the designation is 861-D. But it is a gas tractor, could someone have replaced the engine?

    I found an article and I think it had the wrong spring see below. I modified the spring in it and now it has no more than 60psi at any time and 20-25 hot idle. This pump is assembled with a 100 psi (6.89 bar) relief valve spring, C9ZE 6670-B, which is required for the 4 cylinder industrial...

    I removed the ROPS attempt. The gauge will pretty much stay pegged or close to it at 80 when at PTO speed. Should I pull the pan?

    Thanks for the pto shaft information! As for the gauge is was like that when I purchased the tractor and is still the same after a new gauge kit.

    Also the pto shaft has a lot of end play and will kick out of gear occasionally while mowing. Do I have split the tractor to fix this? I will try and put some pictures up of the tractor.
