    You may find something you can make work. They have a lot of salvage parts laying around. And they don't mind you looking around for that special find.

    A little help on alternator wiring please

    If your little light wont excite the alt. get a side marker light socket for the 194 bulb and wire it in. One wire on each side of 194 socket it will excite it then. Each lite wont know the other is even in circuit. I have 2 tractors wired this way and they work fine. However you will have 2...

    70 Got one tractor as old as I am, and 3 younger than I am. Retired 44 years in the auto parts business with NAPA. Yeah I know that mean old parts man that some on here hate. Hope all is going well with you Larry. Get well soon.

    Mystry Hydraulic Fittings - HELP!

    Looks like a steel ferrel coupling used to hook hyd. hoses on to steel hyd. lines. Should be able to get at a good hyd. shop. Try NAPA I made several of these over the years.

    Get your oem belt part numbers off the decal under the hood. Have parts store to cross to gates industrial belts. This same mower drive belt on my simplicity has been on for 13 years, and it has seen some very hard use. So always go with the industrial belt.

    6 v starter 12 v feed

    If your starter drive has the half moon counter weight to help it ingage grind it down some to reduce the weight on it to reduce the hard hit on the ring gear.

    Super duty brakes

    Take a small hammer and peck on the caliper just before bleeding it and see if you can get a little more air out of the calipers. Some times these anti lock calipers can be very hard to get all the air out.

    It is probably under the metal cover on top of the transmission . It is in the main wire harness that goes under this cover. The part no.is 529796R1 switch assy. transmission oil pressure. This is in my parts book for a 574.

    Peel a banana and rub the inside of the banana peel on it this works for some people hope it works for you it has worked for me.

    Napa should be able to cross your tsx number it is probably 2-1401 Echlin carb kit.
