    JD 730 diesel front yoke

    Removed the nuts on the end. I don't see a lock plate on the bottom. There is a single bolt on the back edge of the yoke, on either side. I have not found a photograph or any diagram for one like this. ChatGPT actually had some info, suggesting using a gear puller. IDK. I'll keep wrenching.

    I have inherited a 1960 JD 730 diesel that has been converted to a single front tire. The tire has dry rotted. How do I remove the rim/axel assembly from the yoke. I took the nuts off either side of the rim, but the axle does not slide through. Is there a "set" bolt to remove, or is it oak block...

    JD 730 diesel giant pulley

    I grew up operating my fathers 730 diesel. It has the hand clutch on the right. When I was running that tractor it had a BIG (@36") metal wheel on the right. I have been gone for years and when my father died, I found he had removed the wheel and replaced it with a belt puley. I can't find...
