Yep, confirmed today that the injection pump inlet screen was entirely clogged except for a tiny spot on the very bottom of the filter. Got it cleaned up and back to running again. -

Not to mention the fact that he needed a truck specifically for towing and decided to get a 1500 instead of a 2500 both times. It has the towing package and is rated for 13k total gvwr so it's not like I'm going over the gvwr or anything, just trying to lessen the stress on it. -

I think the problem is that the plungers in the pump are stuck... I'm gonna go ahead and pull the pump apart and free them up and see what that does for me. I think the injectors might be partially gummed up as well. -

You know, I forgot to check the air cleaner when I had the grille off. I'll have to check it but given how every other fluid looks, it's probably mostly sludge. Do the CAV pumps even have camboxes being rotary pumps? -
