your injection pump is an inline pump. that control on side of it must be a primer. I would probably bypass it with the fuel lines to eliminate the leaking. This is a different pump than the one i had. I am putting up some of my setup. Mine smoked uncrontrollable so i removed pump and sent it...- nashranch

Ford 4000 steering cylinder
My neighbor brought over that second steering cylinder the other day and we took it apart and replaced those two little o rings in the middle section of the cylinder. He took it home and put the cylinder back on and he said it worked for about a minute. We put in similar o rings thinking that... -

It's just condensation.. fill it with diesel/atf combo and run it around lightly and the drain it out and refill with correct oil- nashranch

Yep i had one several years back... It was a beast. It had no power so i had Dieseltech rebuild the injection pump. After that it was good- nashranch

My neighbor did get his money back on the leaky cylinder and i guess they don't want it back..Cool. So i get the pressure of rebuilding the original cylinder. I got it apart at the valve end ok. It just needs o rings in there. But the rod ends won't come apart.. got the or dust seal out and the... -

Thanks BarnCat. My neighbor did get another cylinder from Farmland tractor and it worked good but leaked from the get go. So know he's in touch with Farmland trying to get another one or his money back. Either way he needs to rebuild the one he has and I'll get the pleasure of doing that if w... -
