    I was told a C-1 fluid & not to use a C-5 because of it's age ? I told the guy what I was doing and that's what he sent, just wonder if it's too thin/thick or the wrong thing in general ..

    I sprayed gas through the plug holes but it would only bark on the ether. bad part is, I saw the crack in the gasket/spacer and used it anyway .

    Thanks to you & rustred , It's close.... mine is a TO-20, the flywheel dose not have a hole, just marks from 30 to DC & timing mark groove on hole under starter ( I even removed starter to be sure) It's firing @ 7o BTDC, , rotor points @#1 , good blue spark at plugs, good gas flow , even sprayed...

    I think dist. is a tooth off, noticed the rotor & #1 on cap were off just enough, which would cause my backfire, I do have gas flow & it spit. I beginning to think maybe my son in law or myself had to have removed the dist. when replacing starter? I fixing to make sure .....
