    Farmall M getting hot, need help!

    Hey guys, finally got the M home and on the drive home she got hot, about 215 degrees....I thought it was low on fluid so I let it cool, checked the coolent and it was low so I filled it, parked it last week and didnt get it out until today.     4440

    I have a 4440 with around 7k hours. Turns over extremely slow and not for very long. When cold-won't turn hardly at all and then doesn't start unless I use 200 amp charger. I assumed it was batteries and bought two new from JD-big mistake as should've just bought interstate or something...

    The belt on the variable speed slips when under a load. How do I adjust? Can dial a matic be added to a 6600?
