    8N won't start

    thanks to all for the advice on the plugs. Finally got them in today. It fired right up. Used Autolite 437s, although parts book called for 216s. thanks again.

    I've read through a lot of topics on this forum, and many have mentioned a firing order of 1,2,3,4. My '52, with a side mount distributor appears to have a 1,2,4,3 order. Does this sound right?

    pulled all the plugs today, cleaned and regapped. None of them were wet or appeared fouled

    I"m ready to give up!!! Have spent much spare time trying to start my 1952 8N. I"ve rebuilt the carb., checked spark, and put in a new condenser and ignition wires (points ok). Have fire at the plugs. It actually started one time on three cylinders while I was checking the spark on the 4th...
