Hi all, have an international 434 with a tph hiccup. Slowly lowers then pops back up. Changed all fluids and filters no change. Any ideas?- Newbie74

Hi all, I'm pretty new to this so please bare with me. I have a 77 international 434 and it's been a great little machine on my small Farm. I parked it yesterday with no problems, today was pretty cold, so I plugged in the block heater for about 4 hours, and it started right up but it's now...- Newbie74
