    In a case like that I'm guessing legally now the estate owns the tractor. You might want to contact the courthouse to find out who the executor of the estate is.

    I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I assume it's a "typo" and they either left a zero off the end or a one off the beginning. :) Either way, I always apply that old "If it sounds too good to be true...." :)
