    I'm with Tx Jim. I'm betting is the o-ring #25 if it is a steady stream. The gasket only seals for hydraulic fluid in the transmission case that is sloshed around or return fluid. It doesn't seal for fluid under pressure if it is like a 4020. If that is it you will have to pull the rockshaft...

    Thanks Ya'll. I usually check jd parts catalog first but didn't this time. It is flush with the surface which made me think it was filled instead of a plug. I now feel dumber for asking this question. A lot easier fix than I originally over thought.
