    coop tires vs. name brand

Im looking at buying a set of new tires for pulling on gravel tracks, im wondering if its worth paying for the name brands like firestone, BFG's, titan ect. or if the coop styles with the same tread pattern work as good to save me some money or should i just pay for the name brand and get it...

Hubs on inside or outside of rims

This is something that has me stumped, is it better to put the drive hubs on the inside or outside of the rim for a dished 9 bolt rim, ive seen both ways and was wondering if there is a benefit over one to the other. thanks
