    I put on the new pump and primed the secondary filter with the hand pump. Fuel flows fine out of the top of the secondary filter. The fuel flows out of the timing sight window. However, I cannot seem to get fuel to the banjo fittings and to the fuel lines. I think it may the hand primer...

    Haas, That is that I thought too. If I can ever get the pictures to load, it will help. But your description seems close. The HM 150 disc plow is the one you described pretty well. I have only seen it in books. If we can't use it, maybe someone else can.
