    Mixing feed with Olivers.

Sounds like a good setup. I kinda like mixing feed when the weather is nice anyway. I only do about 5-6 batches a year.

    1800C power beyond

There is no threads in that hole. Was told that didn't get done till the 50 series when the bumped the outside hole to 1/2 pipe thread.

    1800C power beyond

Forgot to add. When I put the top cover back on is there a trick to make sure the yokes for the handles get back on the valves? Thinking the handles need to be tied up in the neutral position and hope for the best when putting cover back on.

    1800C power beyond

Setting up a friends 1800C with power beyond for loader. Its currently not plumbed correctly. Just want to make sure what I found and what I'm doing is correct. The valve is just a two port supply and return. The plug that needs to be blocked currently thinking about a piece of round stock that...

    Transporting a swather

Would all be done in Minnesota. The trailer is made for hauling swathers. I think it's actually overwidth without anything on it. Single axle. You lay the ramps down and drive up on it backwards and there is a bar at the front of the trailer that when you push it with the rear tire on swather it...

    Transporting a swather

Wondering if anyone has been hassled hauling a swather on a swather transport trailer? I'm sure its one thing going from field to field while cutting but I'm talking about you just bought it and hauling it home say 200 miles? Obviously I wouldn't run down the interstate, have a SMV, magnetic...

    Perkins assembly

Just about got everything I need to put my Perkins 4.165 back together. This engine has been nothing short of a nightmare to work on. Seems any parts are hard to find. I found a water pump that is close enough to being correct just need to be modified to fully fit. My head that came off engine...

    Bought My First Oliver

Looks like a real nice tractor. The way I figure if you want it (and have the money) it doesn't matter what you paid long as you're happy with it. I'm sure you'll be well pleased with it those perkins engines are good engine.

    Perkins 4.154 and/or 4.165?

Finally getting to work on my Wilmar Wrangler loader. I'm running into a bit on a issue with the engine. If you go by the number stamped on the block (HA00395N40746H) it comes up as a 4.165. But on the head it has cast into it 4.154. From what I've found these two engines are in the same family...

    This was my winter project.

Top notch job, looks really good. I'm not the biggest fan of cabs but on the 55 series a cab is a must so it covers up the fact that the top of the dash and hood are not the same height.

    Barn find 66

Sure is a honey. If it's not much trouble could you take a picture of the battery hold down and the rubber bumpers?
