    I'm 99.9 percent sure that it is a TGP series disc manufactured in the late 30s early 40s. It should be 7" spacing on the blades and the 28 disc model as you have here denotes it as the 7-B model in this series. I pulled this out of my original parts book for tillage equipment from 38-40...
