NATPA DIV 3
Hook numbers are so high because too many guys have a motor/tractor too big for Div 2 and not enough to be competitive for DIV 4 with open speed limit. It doesn't take alot of power to run 3mph, but opening it up to 4.5 or 5mph would really make a difference. Majority of the guys in the class...- One outsiders views

Natpa rules meeting
Something that would be very interesting to me would be to have the NATPA, list some of the proposed rule changes that have been suggested in an online POLL. Basically a theoretical what if election online, and see what the results come back as... If nothing else would make for another...- One outsiders views

I think a few rules need reviewed in my opinion. I don't see why the Div 3 doesn't make the move to 5mph, there's plenty of horsepower in that class to support that move. Secondily, with speed limits and RPM limit I do not see why there has to be such strict rules on carbs, manifolds, heads...- One outsiders views
