    I'm struggling to find a power steering pump for my 64 hd 4140. Will it be an issue if I use the pump from an ag tractor? The main difference I've noticed is the pulley size.

    I am in search of the entire throttle assembly for my hd industrial diesel. Does anyone know of a good place to locate these smaller parts? Also, I will need all the electronics. I'm hoping to find a reliable vendor for the harnesses at least. Any assistance is greatly appreciated

    I'm trying to swap the rear end of an 891 with sos tranny onto my 4140 with a 4 speed. My question is about the drive shaft swap. If I remove the outer seal going into the differential will that allow me to pull the drive shaft or am I going to have to disassemble the entire rear end?

    I have a ford 4140. I just pulled the engine apart and found that the 2 balancer gears are missing. The po says he never opened the engine and he drove it to where it sat when i picked it up 20 years ago. Will the engine run without them or should I try to source some? They are the parts...

    That is exactly what i was concerned about. I'm glad to hear the pin is replaceable. I was thinking I'd have to replace the whole trumpet.
