530CK Diesel starter?
The COM starters have a seal A40228 to seal the oil out of the starter motor, and a boot A40222 that keeps the oil out of the solenoid. I may have bought the last boot this summer as they had to ship it from california when I had the same issue with my 530- Paul from Ct

It even does it if I leave the fill plug out although it does not come out of the fill plug hole.- Paul from Ct

530 Case O Matic pushing oil out
Our 530 Backhoe Loader is pushing transmission fluid out by the starter and at the top of the joint between the engine and Bellhousing. I drained and flushed the area including the torque converter thinking it was water causing the foaming, refilled with new fluid and now it doesnt foam but...- Paul from Ct
