    The hole in the bottem of the tank on a 39 will be 1/4 newer sediment bowl will be 3/8. The original setup would have a shut off valve on the main tank with a line running to the sediment bowl under the small tank then anther line to the carb.     I bought one on Ebay a couple years ago just like this one. I put it on my 39 M. It had a tag on it with the IH part number for this style wheel. Im not sure if its original or after market but sure wish I had a couple more.
