    Cub won't stay in first gear

    I recently acquired a 1962 Cub and it has a tendancy to pop out of first gear. The ball on the bottom of the shift lever has been brazed and ground kinda round to repair. Any ideas as to what my problem might be? Thanks

    HELP - Need Parts for a IH Belly Mower

    All three spindle assemblies are the same, with different pullies on the top. The part number I mentioned is for the spindle shaft which includes the part that the blade attaches to.

    HELP - Need Parts for a IH Belly Mower

    It sounds like a Danco C-3. I have gotten parts for mine at the local IH Case dealer. Just priced a spindle shaft 474152R92 $175.67 seemed way high to me, I'm hunting a used one. Buy my belts and bearings for it at a local bearing house and blades at a small engine/lawnmower parts house.

    Belt part #'s specs for Woods L59 A-3 on a 100

    Can anyone give me the belt part #'s and specifications for a Woods L59 A-3 mower mounted under a Farmall 100? I've printed out the Woods manual and it lists the long belt (4152) but I don't see the deck belts. Also the dimensions on both belts would be great. Thanks

    Anyone want to trade a Super A starter for an A starter???

    The starter switch mounts on the front end of the case with the button pushing to the rear on A's. On Super A's the switch mounts on the rear end of the case with the button pushing forward.

    Is there anyone out there that would like to trade a used Super A starter (yours) for a used A starter (mine)????

    Wrong starter on Super A???

    It DOES have hydraulics, it also still has a magneto (not hooked up) although it has been switched to a coil. Did Super A's have an ignition coil or magneto? I always thought A's had magnetos and Super A's had a coil. Is that correct? The starter rod is the type with a loop on the operator end...

    I recently bought what I think is a Super A. The starter pull rod was not hooked up and it appears that the starter may be the wrong starter, the saddle switch is mounted on the front portion of the case, so the button faces forward. Is it possible to turn the case around so that the switch...
