Bret-----If your gear is not broken, but has bad "teeth", couldn't you take the gear to a qualified machinist and have him cut new teeth? Those gears are rare.- pburg

C-A-Star----What are the parts that you're needing? Is it the ratchet wheel? Or is it the "dog" that advances the ratchet wheel? Or both? I do have the "dog", and I have the spring that goes with the "dog".- pburg

Yes, I know about the "old people" part----I'm in my 80's, and still live on an acreage. And I know how many leaves that oak trees produce. For what it's worth--------I have a refurbished manure spreader you can buy. It's a McCormick IHC, Mod 30. It's 15 bu. larger than a Mod 200, and a few years newer. Ground-drive, excellent tires, and "as good as new". Many extra parts with it if you want them---no extra cost. I live in...- pburg

I think Regulars were manufactured with only one lockable left brake, hand operated. There were brakes for both the left and the right wheels, and both were indeed operated by a cable from the front steering mechanism. SurplusCenter's 2 stage pumps?
I have a 33-ton log splitter, and a couple years ago the pump was failing. I went to the Surplus Center to buy a new one. They had a USA one, and a China-built one. I chose the USA one for 200$. Works very well. -

I've had several Mod 200 IHC spreaders, and your Mod 21 looks similar to the 200. In fact I've never heard of a "21" spreader. I know that there are several suggestions given here.
