    A contract isn't worth the paper it's written on if the purchaser files chapter 12 bankruptcy. Saw a lot of sellers get burned bad in the 1980's by farmers filing chapter 12.

    I'm 75 and had high psa's for about 7years. Had 2 biopseies that came back showing no cancer but some abnormal cells. Last summer my psa went still higher and doctor did MRI of my prostate and it showed 2 suspicious spots. They did a biopsy on them and they came back cancer with a high gleason...

    Way OT WW2 scrapbook

    My Dad had a cousin who served as a radio-gunner crewman on a B25 in Italy. He completed 50 missions and could have come home, but he volanteered to stay. On his 51st mission his plane was hit by anti-aircraft fire. Entire crew was lost.

    What is wrong with people today

    What irritates me are the jerks who park their precious shiny vehicle straddling a parking line. Always thought it would be fun to park two old rusty junkers about 6 inches on either side and lock the doors and walk away.
