    You have to be sitting in the seat when you engage the mower. Are you? If you are, the seat safety switch is not working. Either a wire is broken, not connected or the seat switch needs to be replaced.

    DLTX 13 is the cast iron fuel bowl used on many carbs. It is not a complete carb. Unstyled ARs used either a DLTX-19 or DLTX-41 depending on the serial # of the tractor. Both were All-Fuel carbs.

    According to the Deere 2cyl hose chart the wall thickness of B77R is 0.375 ( 3/8" ). Your other info is correct and the same as I posted earlier.
