    1953 ford naa jubilee distributor porblem

    The grass is about a foot tall, and very thick, and dry. The bushog is Woods m-5 , 5 foot, new blade last year. Running 3rd gear because it gives best forward momentum to keep from bogging/stalling out. This bahia grass is not being baled, just cut to keep from going to weeds/looking...

    There is a overflow tube from top of radiator filler cap. Somehow antifreeze was belching out of it when engine stalled out. This has since stopped. By good fuel flow I meant steady stream as we had removed gas tank and cleaned tank and screens to rule out fuel flow issue.

    Did compression check, was 142,138,140,148. Cleaned plugs, checked gap .025 on all, .025 on points. Checked is getting spark to all 4. Checked gap is same on all 4 lobes of distributor shaft. Squirted 1 oz. oil into hole where the oiler should be. Started up, ran couple minutes decent then...
