    Tell him he's dreaming !

There is easily $25K in paints and labor on that resto not including what appears to be replacing every single part. Bet there is not one original part (besides the engine...maybe), so in essence, it is like a brand new tractor if you just went out and bought all of the parts and pieced it together.

Selling my fathers TO-20 at auction may 30.

Your rear wheel tires are installed inside>out. All of that rim space from outside lip of the tire to the inside lugs attaching to the rim are for the wheel weights, and should be on the inside. I guess if it works for you (and the new owner) is all that matters. You can also tell by the rear...

What did you do to your TO-20/30/35 today?

Seat clean-up, down to bare metal, etching primer and MF Gray paint to finish. Final pic installed to come, shouldn't take too long to dry in 70 degree weather.

What did you do to your TO-20/30/35 today?

Bought the tractor with a bad red paint job. Slowly converting the red paint to original MF gray. I guess pics are out of order, majestic scenery background is the finished look of the gray wheels. Pic with the cat is the bad red paint job I am slowly converting.

What did you do to your TO-20/30/35 today?

Perfect day for farming. Got the wheels done, sand blasted down to bare metal, etch primed, and painted true MF gray.

    TO30 Front Wheel Weights

What type/kind of wheel weights are looking to install? Mine are held on by 2 bolts, appears to have been drilled into the rim. Not sure if the holes in the rim are pre-drilled, came that way with the rim or someone just drilled the rim.

TO 30 PTO lever cover gasket replacement.

Looking at manuals, it appears they should be diamond plate. Weird.

TO 30 PTO lever cover gasket replacement.

The "after" pic for your enjoyment, if any. Fun little project. Not a fan of the copious amounts of hydraulic fluid that pours out of the bottom bolt. Also wrestled with removing the foot plate, and releasing the pounds of stuck on dirt underneath. Happy Fourth everybody!🇺🇲🚀🌠

TO 30 PTO lever cover gasket replacement.

All gussied up and ready to go back on, hopefully tomorrow (y). Used a lighter grey for the plate, and an aluminum for the lever. Hard to tell with the glare, I need to work on my photography game:cautious:. I think It will look out of place until I can get the surrounding surfaces painted. I...

TO 30 PTO lever cover gasket replacement.

Unfortunately, the cereal we have here in the States is packed with preservatives and crap  that we don't put in cereals we export to Aussie-land! Not sure if our cardboard is any different ! Probably won't hold up!

The peened Power Take-Off Lever is perfectly tight on the shaft.

TO 30 PTO lever cover gasket replacement.

Jim.ME, I misspoke about the grade of bolts, you are correct, of course:). Left side or pic grade-5; middle tall or tall (long) bolt for the foot plate I am assuming is grade-2; right side is grade-8. They are all 11/16" threads pomester. The one bolt missing in the picture is in the chassis...
