The needle part is broken off and it was stuck up in the air hole where it bleeds in air and this is the adjuster for how much air is let in...When it was broken off and jammed up in it was letting no air thru making it run bad at slower speeds...Now it will just sit there and idle!- PupATV

I think it pretty much impossible to put it on wrong, because the wires only go thru the hole one way and it's timed by a little electric sensor that "feels" when a higher spot on the flywheels goes past it and the flywheel has a key so that it will only go on one way...- PupATV

Okay, so I replaced the stater and its running better but I feel it still not quite right...I still can't run it with the air box cover on and it feels kinda like it doesn't accelerate very hard and it seems to pop a little when slowing down...Any more ideas?- PupATV
