    GP Oil Pressure or cover gasket?

    So I’m getting to where I’m driving around the Ol 28! But I noticed oil coming from the flywheel shaft area. Not sure where but it’s a steady drip. I hear too high pressure can cause blow by? Or would the seal/gasket be bad? Thanks in advance Q

    None taken. And yes, you are correct. Never welded in my life. lol. But I have a guy. The 3/4” drive worked just ground it a bit to get the fit

    So draining the transmission fluid? The plug on the bottom is very big. I don’t have a wrench for that. Ideas?

    So I got a 1928 GP. Opened the cover to find there is very little oil. How much is there supposed to be? 2 gallons I what I read and in the book. But where would it have went. I was told possible the pto but it don’t have the lift so maybe the plate gasket?

    I got it soaking in kero and seafoam! But it’s not budging. Rusted some. We will see. May just leave it. I have ran a lot of gas through it. It goes through pretty easy

    Don’t think it’s gonna come off easily. Rusted down in there. Got the screws back in no problem. It won’t budge much. Prolly tear it up trying so I’m leaving it
