    I've seen a similar faucet where the trim ring under the handle is threaded. Unscrew the trim ring (or whatever t's called) & the handle comes off with it. Under that is a cartridge with a splined stem that the handle fits over when re-assembled.

    Many modern card readers won't work with an old Compact Flash CF card. But a search for Compact Flash card reader on Amazon or eBay will find some that will. CF is an old style, fairly large card that is somewhat outdated but you might find a reader at Walmart or Best Buy, etc.

    Can you identify this tool?

    Seems like a good guess but just got some more photos from the new owner & with the jaws closed the approx. square opening between them is about 1.5 by 1.5. The intermeshing jaws sure look like they were meant to squeeze or crimp or form something.
