    1070 case 3 point arms

    I have 1070 that the 3 point arms are at lowest point and just bounce a little but, will not raise. I was told the A59600 valve was the problem. Received some info from online to check draft cable and spring on valve. Both are okay and valve spool looks clean like it had been moving. Any advice...
