    Questions about a 1970 3020

    There are alot of ways to tell weather its a syncro or Powershift. Does it has 1 transmission filter, or 2? 1 filter is syncro, 2 is powershift. Does is have a hydrlic oil cooler, or resovor? The powershifts have an oil cooler, and syncros have oil resovor. How many gadges does the tractor...

    IH 460 Diesel Torque amplifier

    Hey everyone! I am a John Deere guy, but right now i am restoring a IH 460 Diesel. I have allready built the engine for it, and now I am going to be tearing into the TA. Is there any advice out there that I should know before I start? Let me know what you IH guys think! Thanks!!

    4020 John Deere

    I own 3 4020s, a 67 Diesel powershift, a 68 Diesel powershift, and a 64 Diesel syncrorange. All of my 4020 do not have the hydo Selective control valves next to the seat. John Deere didnt offer that until early 71-72 I can amagine its possible to build one with the side scv

    I am looking to restore a john Deere 4030 and i am wondering if anybody has any more info about these tractors. Did they come with turbos? Powershift? any info would be great. thanks

    I need some advice from the JD guys out there!!

    Well, waaaaaaaaay to much time and money into this thing. I thought I could have it finished for $8 grand, but after the engine rebuild, and transmission rebuilt, im not finished with it at $11 Grand. Makes me sick.
