    has anyone had luck with repairing the steering cylinder leak at the control valve end. It will empty when its not even running it leaks around the ball stud until empty the rod end does not leak and the power steering works fine if you fill it up

    i found the main shaft for 140.00 i may try to machine out the drums to allow the shaft through.I don't think i could jam the the clutch pack tight enough to simulate the pressure applied by oil pressure and still get the snap ring in. maybe if i welded the shim to the drum?

    the lever to run the dual power has been gone for years. the first clutch drum with hte seal rings has worn into the bushing causing a leak so the niether clutch will apply new parts are almost 1500.00

    it is the back up tractor when we get a load of bales and it has had a hard life so a moneyless repair would be better. I thought of installing a std main shaft but can"t find a bearing support.
