    Have you had it checked out to see what code it has? Best to take it to a shop that works on them. If the cooler is stopped up on the 6.7 the EGR cooler core can be replaced after the cooler assembly is removed from engine.

    Neighbor had same problem after changing pin and spring on his. new spring is wider so pin is longer. just bend the arm till it clears the hay dog and readjust the twine finger. His lever had bent and had to replace it. Just make sure it clears the hay dog pin.

    just call your local Ford dealer and price a engine. A Ford rebuilt will have a 3yr warranty on it. It is best to give them the VIN number so they can price the right engine for the vehicle.
