    hydratouch screen

The loader is fine when the hydraulics are cool. Once it is hot it has trouble. It has trouble lifting the loader and staying up. I have no problem with the fast hitch. Which causes me to lean towards the valve. I've not checked the pump but when cool it seems to operate perfectly. Trying to...

    hydratouch screen

I have a 300U, I have had problems with the loader since day one. I've cleaned the screen in reservoir. But the only thing left if the screen in the valve. Do you have to completely disassemble the valve to get to this screen? Not sure if I'm experienced enough to go too deeply into it or not...

    Paulson loader

I have a Paulson light weight trip loader, unsure on the model. I don"t have a return spring for the bucket. Does anyone know what size spring it requires? Thanks!

    300U Hydraulic pump

I have a 300U with the distributor driven hyd. pump. everything works well until the oil heats up and then I loose most if not all my lift on the loader. Added an after market P.S. unit which surprisingly hasn"t cost me any more loss. But no improvement. Have cleaned the screen in reservoir. So...

    rebuilding hydraulic pump

Sorry I've taken so long to get back. Life kind of hectic right now. Yes I've cleaned and gone through the filter. That was my hope that it would solve the problem. Really made no difference. Pump has been weak but seems to be getting weaker. Also noticing hyd. lines get hot after I use it for...

    rebuilding hydraulic pump

I have a 300U, the pump is acting weak. I am getting hot oil in the lines when I try to work it and doesn't lift the loader well. I've discovered a replacement pump will run over $700.00. What I am wondering is there somewhere they can be rebuilt? Or does it end up being as much or more in cost?

    loader on 300U

That is what I was afraid of. Frankly my main concern is the width. I use it for snow and am tired of getting stuck because of a narrow bucket. This bucket also angles up a few degrees. Weld shop could also fix that too. Thanks for you help!!

    loader on 300U

I have a 300U. I am trying to identify the loader. Bucket is in sad shape. Would like to replace, or repair. Which ever is cheaper. But can"t find any tags or markings. Has been repainted prior to my getting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    adding extensions to rear blade

I have a home made 5" rear blade on the back of my 300U IH. I love it except it is 2 foot narrower then my tires. So I end up driving and packing unplowed snow. Usually getting stuck at least once. Really not impressed with new "economy" type blades I see for sale and frankly if I could add...

    300u starter switches

The power to the switch is a yellow wire and I haven't tracked it back yet but I never considered that the wire from the amp meter might be bad. Since I read 12v, I just assumed good wire. That makes sense though. I just jumped to conclusions since the black wire went to the coil, it had to be...

    300u starter switches

Jim, Just came back in and found your post. I have checked wiring and all is in order. I had voltmeter on the on/off toggle, When switch is off I show 12.5 volts. Turn switch on and I get zilch. I thought I had checked the switch last week and it was good but having second thoughts and will...

    300u starter switches

I'm back again. Seems my starter problems are more then a solenoid. Trying to track down the problem. I have no juice to the S terminal. Tracking backwards, I have a 2 toggle switch starter system. (Yeah I know not OEM, but I didn't do it) Any way I do have juice to the yellow wire connected...
