8n convertion trouble
Square 12 volt with a 1.5 ohm resister. I did replace the coil and it started right up. You don't think I need an extra resister? Just wondering why that old coil burnt up.- rickho

8n convertion trouble
Converted my 8n ford front mount distributor to 12 volt electronic ignition. Worked great for one year then started to have starting problems. Now it won"t start. Jumped the resister and it started up. Ran for a while and now won"t start. Do you think the coil was getting bad? and if so should I...- rickho
