Mine runs great after it is started. Maybe I should just live with it the way it is. I really can't complain the tractor runs great once started. I may just continue to give it a shot of ether and call it good. Thanks to all.......- rickwest2

Not that I know of. I've owned it for a few years and all I've done to is change oil, hyd fluid, and cleaned entire fuel system. Thanks much for your thoughts.- rickwest2

544 will not start without a shot
I have a HI 544 that is a true worker. The issue is it will not start without a small shot of either. Of course, I've cleaned the fuel injectors, cleaned the fuel tank and all fuel lines. I really have no idea what to do now. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I'd really like to have it to...- rickwest2
