    550 industrial non adjustable front ends are a dime a dozen I know of 2 or 3 yards around here ( northern Indiana) that had them last fall It seems everyone wants a adjustable and of course they are the ones that brake Don't let them try to up the price on these on you Just my opinion Farmritch

    That's my oliver/cockshutt 550 in the second pic the answer is .................... They were painted both all red and creme/red creme /red is older the tags look very similar to the oliver Id tags No difference in serial number sequence between Oliver/Cockshutt and white if they were Oliver...

    Nothing in stone as to where the PTO lever is located it was an option I have a 74 with the lever behind the seat from the factory Congrats on the cockshutt( oliver) 550 I've got one too
