    John Deere 410 Baler

    we had a JD 500 . in its day , was a very good baler . it made well shaped, tight bales and unlike most people , we had no trouble baling damp hay. we baled 700 to 800 bales every year with it.

    JD 6620 with 216 flex head in 7.5 beans

    kinda of nature of the beast. we had this trouble a few years ago. it was late so beans stalks were dry and brittle. the wider the head helps as fewer passes. we went back to 30' rows on lots of our beans we have a15' head. where ever the end skid of the head goes knocks down beans

    have gleaner F3 turbo 4 cyl of course. at times we loose rpms, wide open sometimes it runs 100 t0 200 rpm slower than other times. also when under a load as heavy tough soybeans , it pulls down to maybe 2150 rpm. lines , bowl , filter and screen are clean, could the governor be going bad...

    all is well . we decided to just pull it home, took our time and on the place now. hooked up , ran, oiled and greased. need to tinker with a few minor items but I think it will pick corn. we don't do a lot , just going to faster than the one row we have now

    bought a 325 picker , 2 row30" does anyone know or culd tell me what the width between the tires is? wanting to hau; it on a flat bed but not sure if is too wide or what , to far too pull on the curvey and narrow roads . thanks , know it not a combine , but pretty close. thanks for any ideas...

    What size disk can I pull?

    20 ft IH 475, nice medium duty disc does a good job and they can be bought really worth the money. 7in spaceing for finish work , 9 in cuts a bit better
