Triangular PTO shaft tube size
Great help. I assume this is for torque and sudden stop torque issues. How would one Identify the class of shaft tube? What typically is a spreader driveshaft class? This is what it has on it ( smaller triangular shaft tube. Don't know the size specs. I just know it's the smallest one readily...- roamaround

Yep. Guess I didn't re read before posting but of course it's a 53. Still just curious if the smaller shaft tube is okay to use that typically was made to use with a spreader? Was just thinking it can't handle rpm and torque @PTO.- roamaround

Triangular PTO shaft tube size
Anyone have an opinion on this? This is on a 1950 Ford Jubilee with 3 blade finish mower. Just bought this with finish mower on it. It has 1 3/8 x 6 spline both shaft ends and an overrun shaft coupler. My concern is the shaft tube size is smaller and generally found on spreaders. Is the smaller...- roamaround
