D17 diesel need help
I have a d17 diesel wanting to know what the energy cells are for and what they do now other problem is i cant get the tractor to rev up rpms changed the fuel pump have plenty of fuel tractor runs perfect idling but when i move throtle smokes like geting to much fuel any ideas would be helpfull...- robandjackie
