So obviously nobody has the correct answer maybe that's why the thread was left open. -

4400 Versatile Swather Injection Pump Timing
Im having the same issue with a 4400 diesel. , a freind called me and he put his rebuilt pump on with the lines together on pump markings and flywheel at TDC, There is fuel coming at injectors but will not start. I think he is missing a step. Any ideas? -

This tractor i am working on is a 1960, steering cylinder runs along the left side of tractor. The two hoses go on top of cylinder, one in front of other. Cylinder was taken off by someone else and i need to know the correct placement.. Thanks for your looking.- robcat

Case 930 Hand Clutch not engaging and other questions
I am working on the power steering on a friends 930. It is the older style cylinder with the clevis style control connection with the valve bolt that goes through the cylinder. I would like to know if pressure hose from pump is fastened to the front port or rear port.. Thanks.- robcat

Pre 1965 Case power steering
I am helping a friend with a 930 Case 6 speed. It has the older style steering cylinder with the valve bolt that goes through the cylinder and connects to a clevis style steering rod. My question is which port does the high pressure hose go to? The rear port or front port.- robcat
