Odd issue
I put a gear reduction starter on my "52 8n a couple of years ago. I'm having to dig around with the key, when I start it. Like I have to find the spot it starts. Replaced the switch and I'm having the same issue. Does a gear reduction have a solenoid? Whats going on? I apologize, but I...- Rodeo man

Adjusting the clutch on a 961
It needed a rear main once. It is leaking again. Thats unfortunate to. The second time, something with the PTO broke. Hy/trans fluid was coming out the weep hole that time. Whats coming out now is definitely engine oil though. There is a ton of slop in the clutch pedal. It appears to... -

fuel tank 961
Ordered the fuel tank listed here for a 961, it's nothing like whats on the tractor, and nothing like the picture. Cao is in the dead center of mine, and its off to the side on the one that arrived. Parts number matches what I ordered. Any insight? -

Category 2 quick hitch help!!!
Shouldn't have worked on a Sunday........All I wanted to do was get the cutter off, and roller on. Spent most of the afternoon fighting it.- Rodeo man

I m not sure exactly how it was installed. This guy has worked on my "stuff" for 40 years. He said it may need an entire transmission casing. I m getting some hopeful comments here though. Makes me think it can be fixed cheap enough. -

Developed a hydraulic leak right at my pump on my 961. Gentleman works on my stuff. I personally consider him to be the best. He changed the o rings for me, and it immediately started leaking again. He says there is some plumbing , or casing back in the transmission that is probably leaking... -
