    Question about engine

    I have an allis engine. On the left side of the engine on the lower part near the back are stamped the the numbers 45-60815-GH. A little higher on the engine are these letters and number D-6-F. Can some one tell me what this engine is out of and what the letters and numbers stand for. Thanks!!

    Jd 770 compact

    I have a 1996 770 4wd that had a broken universal shaft. Had to split the tractor to repair. I got that fixed and am trying to get the transmission bolted back up to the clutch housing. I can to about 2 inches from being together. It seems that the gears for the front wheel drive are not...
