thanks finding a few pictures I think you may be right I will pull the pto this week as I get time. If it is the ring gear rivet is there enough room in the carrier to replace them with bolts? -

Thanks for the tip on the filter but I don't think this is the shifter rail cap This is thick cast it looks like it broke off of a shaft not like the plug you mentioned -

I removed my lift cover to try to figure out what was causing my three point to go up but not come back down and found the case Had lots of crud and too broken pieces in bottom. I have figured out where this spring goes but there is a round piece that looks like it has broken off the end... -

all right I'm back I got the steering gear repaired and functioning as manual at the moment now the lines had been removed from the cylinders to the steering gear valve assembly and they are bent up in such away I don't know which one goes where does anyone possibly have photos that could show... -

definitely not The one in the link mine has two sector shafts ill post pics some time tomorrow as i find time The tractor is definitely a 3000 but there is no telling where this steering gear assembly came from it's been replaced once and gone into once -

So I have a 1972 Ford 3003 cylinder diesel with power steering I'm attempting to repair the power steering gearbox but I'm having trouble finding parts diagram for the gearbox all of the diagrams that I find more of a style that have separate caps on each side out of the boxes in mine does not... -

So I inherited A ford 3003 cylinder diesel that Rainwater had entered in the cylinders through exhaust manifold disassembled and getting ready to start honing to see if it's salvageable but I cannot find any cylinder bore specs on this engine online can anyone help.
